Portrait Sketches for National Arts Council D&D

I got my usual assignment from an event planner and it turned out to be the annual dinner & dance for National Arts Council. What a surprise! These are the people administering the ‘Arts’ in Singapore. They approve my busking licence and facilitate the funds for my art education programmes in schools. So I better not mess up their face. There were quite a few familiar faces though. This is a charcoal portrait assignment which was executed in less than 5 minutes each.
